DELIVERY OF FILES
Nothing is shipped. The download link arrives by email right after payment, and the files stay in your account with no limit and no expiry date.
A FILE PROBLEM
Broken or wrong file? Write to us and we fix it. If a fix is not possible, you get your money back. The details, including the right of withdrawal, are in our refund policy.
LICENSE
A personal use license comes with every doll: print as often as you like, for yourself and your family. The files themselves are not for resale.
COMMERCIAL USE
Selling finished physical dolls works with a commercial license. Write to info@meggieretrow.com and say what you would like to make, and we work out the license and price together.
