Refund policy

Every Meggie Retrow doll comes as digital files: two print-ready PDFs, US Letter and A4, plus a transparent PNG. Nothing is shipped. Your download link arrives by email right after checkout and stays in your account.

If something is wrong with a file

If a file is missing, will not open, or is not the doll you ordered, write to us. We will fix it, usually by sending you a corrected file or a new link. We usually reply within a day.

If we cannot fix it, or the fix does not work, we refund your order. The money goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request and at no cost to you.

The free doll

The same help applies to the free doll. You paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund, but we will fix the file or send it again.

Right of withdrawal

For paid orders, you can ask for your files right away by ticking the box in the cart. Then the right of withdrawal ends as soon as we make your download available, and your order confirmation email confirms your consent. Without that tick, you keep the statutory 14 days.
