FROM FILE TO DOLL

Four steps, about
thirty minutes

  1. Print at 100%Any home printer. 160-200 gsm paper holds a joint best. Never use "fit to page" - it changes the height.
  2. Cut along the edge of each partNail scissors are enough. No knife, no cutting mat, no special table.
  3. Pierce the marked holesA needle, an awl, or the tip of a compass. Every hole is marked where the joint belongs.
  4. Join with a bradDo not overtighten - the joint needs to move. No brads at home? A thread with a loose knot works the same way.

Questions about the free doll

Is Mrs. Moonsie really free?

Yes. Add her to the cart and check out. You pay nothing, and the download link comes by email within minutes.

What files do I get?

A US Letter PDF, an A4 PDF and a transparent PNG. Print the PDF that matches your paper.

How tall is the finished doll?

17 cm, about 7 inches, if you print at 100%. “Fit to page” makes her smaller.

What do I need to put her together?

Paper around 160-200 gsm, nail scissors, a needle for the marked holes and brads. No brads at home? A thread with a loose knot works too.

How long does it take?

About thirty minutes. Most of her pieces are large, so she makes a good first doll.
