Smoothie has a white rabbit face with orange-rimmed eyes, thin whiskers, and small pink lips. Pink roses bloom all over the teal jacket, and the tie has a tiny flower print. The shirt and trousers are cream, the shoes brown, and the doll is easy to cut out.
